The 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards blew away the competition in the Nielsen Social Content Ratings for TV series and specials for the week of Jan. 2.

Meanwhile, the National Football League occupied four of the top five spots in the sports category, but with the start of the league’s postseason, those were the only four NFL games for the week.

The Golden Globes on NBC drew 10.1 million total interactions across Facebook and Twitter, more than 10 times the total of ABC’s The Bachelor, which placed second with 934,000.

The Green Bay Packers’ rout of the visiting New York Giants topped the sports category with 13.82 million total interactions across Facebook and Twitter.

Three college football bowl games, two college basketball tilts and one National Hockey League game rounded out the top 10.
